Truly enjoyed how clean the place was. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, just what we wanted near to the stadium which was a nice walk through the city as well as a taxi.

This place is fairly clean and very close to the town center, with responsive staff, early check-in, tastefully decorated, and spacious rooms with a terrace.

The whole place was clean and the bedroom was big. Staying here was a great experience, I recommend.

Marvellous location, really comfortable facilities such as a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. Very responsive and really helpful apartment staff.- Beautifully decorated and warm rooms, in the bigger bedroom.- Perfect place to stay so close to the Principality Stadium, all the shops, Cardiff Castle, and the night time entertainment and the town centre.

The apartment was fairly clean and had a handy kitchenette. I loved the owner and helpful staff. Bathtubs bath, a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. It was facing garden. Exceeded all expectations, would recommend.

Staying here was a pleasure, we will be back, nothing too much trouble. We stayed 4 nights here, nonetheless it was a lovely experience. Had early check-in too. Plus it was 20 mins walk from centre.

We had a fantastic time at The Elms. The owner's prompt communication made our travel and entry seamless. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved the homely furnishings and the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was soundproofed, allowing us to sleep peacefully. The parking was convenient, and the contained rear garden was a lovely spot for evening meals. With its proximity to the city centre and local shops, we highly recommend these apartments for families or business trips.

We were pleasantly surprised by the perfect location, as it allowed us easy access to both the University and the City Centre. The provided parking space was a huge relief and took away the stress of finding parking in a busy city. The landlords were very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable and warm, even in the chilly January weather. The value for money was excellent, and the property felt secure. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the washing machine was a convenient addition. we had a great experience.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The shower had a bit of a trickle, but it was still usable.
